Why bSide?

Back in the day of vinyl records, when a song was released as a single, it would include a lesser-known track on the flip side (B-Side). This B-side cut frequently would outshine the A-side selection in popularity.

Our bSide name was derived from a track record of success in executing interior and exterior physical renovations along with implementation of the best operational practices to realize the conversion of B-class assets into A-class communities.

We also pursue land development opportunities in emerging markets or submarkets rather than focusing on the already fully developed A markets.

Even the sites within those less-dense markets may include entitlement, topographic, NIMBY, or access concerns that have allowed these parcels to be overlooked. We implement strategies to overcome the challenges of these seemingly undervalued B sites, constantly seeking alpha as we develop them into A properties.

Our name encapsulates this mantra of finding the hidden gems, then creating and adding value to those properties for the enhancement of communities.
